Solid Base Jack
The solid base jack has a threaded solid round steel stem. It is strong and supports heavy loads. You can choose fixed base plates or swivel base plates. This adjustable scaffold base jack fits frame scaffolding, like quickstage scaffolding and tube & coupler scaffolding. Outer diameter of this adjustable scaffold solid base jack ranges from 26 mm to 48 mm. Traditional frame scaffolding commonly uses 30 mm, 32 mm and 34 mm sizes.
Hollow Base Jack
The hollow base jack for scaffolding levelling uses a hollow steel tube stem. Compared with the solid jack base, this scaffolding levelling hollow jack base is lighter, easier to carry and cheaper. It works for most construction sites. It matches cuplock, ringlock, quickstage, quicklock and traditional tube & coupler scaffolding. The outer diameter of screw hollow jack base ranges from 30 mm to 48 mm. The 38 mm size is the most popular in scaffolding work.

Material & Process
Our adjustable scaffold jack base uses Q235 steel. Base plate, swivel base plate, jack nut and handle are all made of Q235 steel. Wellfit scaffolding base jack meets EN12811 standard.
Scaffolding base jack production steps: Steel cutting → Thread rolling for screw rod (ACME trapezoidal thread or coarse arc thread available) → Base plate punching → Welding screw rod to base plate → Assemble jack nut and weld handle → Grind and remove welding slag → Surface treatment (electro galvanized / painted / hot dip galvanized).
Every finished screw jack will pass bearing load test. Levelling jack base test reports are available on request. Goods are packed with steel pallets for safe delivery.
