Swivel Screw Base Jack

The swivel base jack is an upgraded version of the standard scaffolding base jack, equipped with a flexible rotating structure that ordinary styles lack. Traditional scaffolding base jacks feature a screw rod fixedly welded to the base plate without any rotation function, resulting in inflexible alignment during on-site installation. This upgraded accessory adopts an optimized structural design. Its base plate is fitted with two vertical formed lug plates, which connect the base and screw rod via supporting bolts and nuts. This unique connecting structure enables the screw rod to rotate 180 degrees freely. Construction workers can adjust the angle flexibly according to actual site conditions to complete rapid alignment and leveling, perfectly solving the problems of poor adaptability and inconvenient positioning that commonly exist in traditional fixed base accessories.

We have two types available: solid and hollow screw base jacks. The solid jacks are heavy-duty and highly durable, offering superior load-bearing capacity for construction sites. Hollow jacks are lightweight, making them much easier for workers to install and move on site. Therefore, choose solid jacks if you prioritize load capacity. Go for hollow jacks if you want easier handling and lower costs.

Two thread types are available for different load demands. Trapezoidal threads feature higher load capacity, ideal for high-rise scaffolding and heavy-load projects. Round threads offer better cost performance, suitable for light-duty construction work.
