Products Description
Our two-lug disc anchor nut is an all-in-one forged fastener. It integrates the pressure disc, tightening lugs and threaded body into one solid piece, replacing the traditional split combination of butterfly nut and separate backing plate. Reusable for multiple cycles, it greatly simplifies formwork installation on site, saves labor time and shortens the overall construction period.
Widely used in cast-in-place concrete projects such as commercial buildings, high-rise residences, bridges and dams, this nut features a galvanized finish for excellent rust resistance. It performs well even in humid coastal environments. It perfectly matches 15mm and 17mm wall tie rods and fits all common formwork systems.
Large Production Scale
Equipped with full sets of forging & testing machines for stable output.
Standardized Quality Control
ISO9001 certified, strict load & anti-rust inspection for formwork fittings.
Flexible Custom Support
Direct factory supply, custom thread, galvanizing & logo available.

Product Operation Steps

-
Step 1 Install wall tie rod
Run the 15/17mm wall tie rod through the pre-drilled holes on both sides of the formwork.
-
Step 2 Fit the disc nut
Slide this two-lug disc nut onto the rod, keep the round flat disc against the outer surface of the formwork.
-
Step 3 Tighten manually
Hold the two lugs and twist the nut forward by hand to clamp the formwork tight, no wrench required.
-
Step 4 Dismantle & Recycle
After concrete fully hardens, twist the nut backwards to remove it from the rod, store for repeated construction cycles.
Integrated Nut VS Split Fittings Comparison
Advantages
·One-piece hot forged structure, no separate backing plate to lose or store separately.
·Faster installation with only one part to twist, saving labor time on site.
·Integrated disc spreads pressure evenly, avoiding template damage caused by slipping plates.
·Galvanized as a whole, resistant to deformation after repeated turnover.
Best For
·Formwork rental companies with frequent recycling demand
·Large construction contractors pursuing high working efficiency
·Projects using aluminum/steel formwork long-term
·Bulk importers for easy storage and shipment

Advantages
·Lower single-piece cost for small spot purchases.
·Separate replacement: you only change the broken nut or plate instead of the whole set.
·Various plate sizes available for special wide formwork.
Best For
·Small construction teams & short-term residential projects with low turnover
·Private house building with limited repeated use
·Special projects needing custom-sized backing plates
