Screw Jack base, adjustable base jack

Wellfit's scaffolding screw jacks is the adjustable base for scaffolding system. They are available in electro-galvanized (zinc plated) or hot-dip galvanized finishes to suit different project budgets as well as durability requirements.It is used as the starting bases for scaffolding. It can be adjusted in height to compensate for uneven surfaces so that the scaffold is always at a level.

There are many kinds of screw jack, as following:

From the diameter of handle: 32mm/35mm/38mm.

From handle shape: solid or hollow

From the length of handle: 500mm/ 600mm/800mm

From the size of base plate: 140mm*40mm*5mm/6mm or 150mm*150mm*5mm/6mm

The adjustable scaffold base jacks with OD.38mm thread diameter is the most popular scaffold screw jacks. It is suitable for most scaffolding systems, especially ringlock scaffolding and cuplock scaffolding.

The Base Plate has holes in each corner for securing (nailing) to Mud Sill. The Screw Jack base plate allows your frame set to be leveled on uneven surfaces.The Nut on the Screw Stem is High-Strength, Forged Steel for durability.There is a cut in the threads of the Screw Stem, 150mm from the top, to prevent the Nut from coming off, and to keep the Screw Jack from being over-extended. Zinc plated steel to prevent/minimize rusting
