Working Process
Coarse Adjustment
First, extend the inner tube of the steel shoring prop to the desired approximate height and secure it in place with a locking pin (G-Pin).
Fine Adjustment
Turn the U-shaped handle of the cup nut to move the nut up or down along the screw rod, ensuring the top plate of the steel prop fits tightly against the formwork or structure.
Load Bearing
Once leveled, the cup nut steadily transmits vertical loads from the inner tube to the outer tube, maintaining the stability of the entire support system.
Disassembly
Rotate the handle in the reverse direction to loosen the cup nut, extract the locking pin, and retract the inner tube to finish the disassembly process.
