01.

Forged anchor nuts

Forged anchor nuts are made under high temperature, after hammering, processing to deform the metal into the anchor nut shape. With high tensile strength, good yield strength and toughness,no risk of cracking or deformation. It is widely adopted by famous brands, such as Tekko formwork, Doka formwork, Meva formwork, etc. Forging has higher mold and processing costs, suitable for mass production of high-standard nuts.

02.

Cast anchor nuts

Cast anchor nuts are used widely in light load, static load, and low-stress occasions. Casting has a lower production cost and a simple process, fit for low-demand and ordinary low-strength fasteners.
