Manufacturing Process
This product adopts precision casting. High-quality QT450-10 ductile iron is melted and cast into molds to avoid sand holes or cracks. After casting, annealing enhances toughness and tensile strength, followed by precision machining for internal threads and three-pronged structure. Finally, color zinc electroplating (degreasing, pickling, passivation) forms an anti-rust coating, and finished products are delivered only after load-bearing and dimensional inspections.
Product Features
High-strength load-bearing
It can withstand the enormous pressure during concrete pouring and eliminate the risk of fracture.
01
Long-term rust resistance
Suitable for use in harsh construction environments including outdoor and humid conditions. And extending the product's service life.
02
Convenience and efficiency
The integrated three-pronged disc design can be quickly tightened without additional tools, is compatible with M16 through-wall tie rods, and improves installation and disassembly efficiency by more than 30%.
03
Economy and durability
It can be disassembled and reused for ≥50 times, with a wear-resistant and non-deformable material that greatly reduces the cost of construction consumables.
04
Precise compatibility
High thread precision ensures tight engagement with the screw, and the three prongs fit the template surface closely, effectively distributing pressure and avoiding local deformation of the template.
05
Application Fields
This product is a special fastening accessory for construction formwork systems, widely used in various concrete pouring projects. Its core application scenarios include: High-rise buildings, Bridges and tunnels, Municipal engineering,Industrial buildings and Prefabricated components.
Differences From Other Types Of Nuts
- Compared with ordinary hexagonal nuts: Ordinary hexagonal nuts do not have a three-pronged disc structure, can only achieve basic fastening, cannot distribute pressure, and are prone to causing local compression deformation of the template. However, the three-pronged disc design of this product can evenly distribute the load, adapting to the special needs of the formwork system.
- Compared with expansion nuts: Expansion nuts are mainly used for wall fixation, cannot be reused, and have a low load-bearing capacity (usually ≤50KN). This product can be disassembled and reused, with a rated load-bearing capacity of 100KN, specially adapted to the repeated use scenarios of construction formwork.
- Compared with embedded nuts: Embedded nuts need to be pre-embedded in concrete, cannot be disassembled, and have a single application scenario. This product can be flexibly disassembled and assembled, adapting to different specifications of formwork with stronger versatility.
- Compared with flange nuts: Although flange nuts have a flange surface, they do not have a three-pronged structure, have low tightening efficiency, and lack targeted formwork adaptation design. The three-pronged structure of this product facilitates quick operation, and the disc size adapts to the force requirements of the template, making it more suitable for construction scenarios.
