Formwork Panel Clamp

Built with a T-wedge self-locking structure, this clamp allows easy installation: insert two formwork panels into the frame, then strike the T-wedge top lightly. As it slides down automatically, it finishes both alignment and locking at once:

• Smooth alignment: Double-sided serrated guides keep panels flush and in line, avoiding height difference and offset.
• Tool-free locking: Firm mechanical locking is achieved without bolts, wrenches or any extra tools.

Practical example: For 3-meter steel formwork in shear wall projects, workers only need 3–5 taps to finish alignment and fixing. Each connection takes just 30 seconds instead of 5 minutes, making on-site work far more efficient.

This formwork clamp provides stable and secure connections, which can effectively prevent grout seepage and formwork shifting, ensuring safe and smooth concrete pouring.

Working Principle:

• The serrated guide structure closely engages with the formwork frame, delivering excellent shear and pull-out resistance to restrict horizontal displacement under concrete pressure.
• The C-shaped locking hooks firmly grip the formwork from upper and lower sides, preventing panel deformation and grout loss during vibration and pouring.

Example: A single clamp can withstand a lateral force of approximately 15kN for 4m column formwork. Even under high-frequency vibration, joints remain sealed and stable without leakage or movement, resulting in a smooth and uniform concrete finish after stripping.
