50mm C45 Forged Premium Nut
Most common disc nuts on the market are cast QT450 ductile iron. They have thin height and loose internal texture, prone to thread slip and cracking under heavy loads with poor safety performance.
Our nut is upgraded to solid C45 round steel hot forging, with an extended 50mm thickened body. It features longer thread engagement and thicker load-bearing section, fundamentally eliminating risks of slipping, tooth breakage and fracture during heavy-duty construction
50mm Extended Body for Stable Load Bearing
Conventional nuts are only 40–45mm tall with short thread length, which easily detaches under high pouring pressure. Our 50mm design provides longer effective thread contact and even force distribution. It resists loosening and slipping under long-term frequent vibration and heavy compression, perfectly matching 20-ton load working conditions.
Monolithic Hot-Forged C45 Steel, Zero Porosity
Forged and compacted at 1100–1200°C, the steel has a dense internal structure without pores or loose defects typical of castings. It delivers far superior impact and fatigue resistance, ideal for high-standard long-term overseas key projects.
One-Piece Forged Two-Claw Structure, High Structural Stability
The disc, thread base and two claws are forged as a single unit without splicing or welding. Symmetrical dual claws ensure balanced force and offset-free assembly. It resists deformation and cracking even with rough on-site handling and repeated heavy loading, compatible with all formwork reinforcement jobs.

Surface Finish
Our C45 forged steel substrate features a dense, pore-free structure with no casting voids. It provides far better coating adhesion than ordinary cast iron nuts. The galvanized layer will not peel, flake or rust prematurely, fully meeting anti-corrosion standards for export shipments.

Color Electro-galvanized
This is our mainstream and most cost-effective surface treatment. It delivers a uniform, neat finish with consistent appearance for bulk orders. With a salt spray resistance of 48–72 hours, it works perfectly for inland construction and short-term projects, offering reliable daily rust protection and wide market applicability.
Forging vs Casting
QT450 Ductile Iron Casting: Budget-friendly in cost, yet featured with loose internal texture and casting pores. It is prone to cracking under heavy loads, only applicable for low-rise ordinary civil construction projects.
C45 Steel Forging: Adopts compact and solid steel material with excellent impact resistance and long service life. The upgraded 50mm height and symmetrical two-claw structure ensures even force bearing, making it ideal for heavy-load scenarios and high-standard large-scale overseas engineering projects.

FAQ
Q: Are these nuts forged or cast?
A: 100% hot-forged from C45 carbon steel with no casting process. They feature far higher strength and durability than ductile iron nuts.
Q: Is the overall height 50mm?
A: Yes. This is our customized upgraded 50mm thickened version. It provides longer thread engagement and more stable load-bearing performance.
Q: Why is the MOQ 2000pcs? Can I order a smaller quantity?
A: The forging process requires batch debugging for press forging, precision milling and thread tapping. Small-batch orders cannot guarantee consistent precision and structural strength. 2000pcs is our standard factory MOQ.
Q: Which surface treatment is best for export?
A: HDG hot dip galvanizing is the top choice for sea freight and coastal projects. Color electro-galvanizing is suitable for ordinary inland engineering.
Q: Can it meet the 20-ton load-bearing standard?
A: Every batch undergoes 20-ton load retention sampling tests. No deformation, thread slipping or fracture occurs, fully complying with heavy-duty formwork construction standards.
